About Us

Eoghan Mulholland

Founder

I'm a concrete polisher from Cork with a year of games development under my belt from Carlow IT. It wasn't for me, but it confirmed I've always been drawn to the technical side of things. About a year ago I started teaching myself AI automation and haven't looked back since.

I work on Ansufy in the evenings and weekends alongside my day job. Everything I build has to be practical, straightforward and useful because I don't have time for anything that isn't.

Ansufy

Ansufy takes its name from Ansuz, the fourth rune in the Elder Futhark alphabet. In Norse tradition, Ansuz represents communication, signals and the spoken word. It's the messenger rune. The idea of sending the right signal at the right time felt like the right foundation for a business built around automation.

Where SAM Came From

We were expecting to close in late January. I rang to check on it, assuming it was a formality — and that's when I found out about a boundary and title issue nobody had mentioned. It took another five to six months to sort. The house itself had already fallen through with two other buyers before us.

That experience is what became SAM. A system that runs in the background, watches deals that agents don't have time to watch manually, and flags them before the silence becomes a problem.
