Ansufy may process:

• Name and email address of authorized users
• Business contact details related to monitored transactions
• Email communication data processed via connected Gmail accounts
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type

We do not sell personal data.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used solely to:

• Operate the Sale Agreed Monitor system
• Send transactional emails on behalf of authorized users
• Monitor progression activity within property transactions
• Detect prolonged silence or risk indicators
• Improve system reliability

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Ansufy uses AI to generate personalised timeline communications and to process incoming email replies to determine transaction status updates. No personal data is used to train AI models.

4. Gmail API Data Usage

Ansufy uses the Google Gmail API only to:

• Send automated monitoring emails from a dedicated Ansufy office address on behalf of the agent
• Read replies to monitored transaction emails to detect meaningful activity

Ansufy does not access, read or process any emails outside of the monitored transaction threads. Ansufy does not use Gmail data for advertising. Ansufy does not share Gmail data with third parties. Users may revoke Gmail access at any time through their Google account settings.

5. Data Retention

• Completed transactions may be retained for up to 90 days
• Fall-through transactions are deleted promptly
• System logs are retained only as necessary for operational integrity

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access or misuse.

7. Third-Party Services

Ansufy relies on infrastructure providers including:

• Google Cloud
• Gmail API
• Hosting providers

These providers process data under secure contractual obligations.
