No. SAM is not a CRM and does not replace one. It works quietly alongside whatever system you already use. There is no new dashboard to log into and no change to how you currently manage your sales.

No. SAM runs in the background without disrupting your existing workflow. You do not need to change any process. It monitors what is already happening and alerts you only when something needs your attention.

Setup involves one short onboarding call and around a week for configuration. After that the system is live. No logins, no dashboards, nothing to maintain.

The emails are structured around transaction milestones and written in a professional tone. They are designed to sound like normal, expected communication rather than automated messages. You can review examples before going live.

SAM was built with GDPR compliance from the start. Personal data is used only for monitoring purposes, held for defined retention periods, and deleted automatically when a deal concludes or falls through. Nothing is collected that is not needed.

SAM does not integrate directly with any CRM because it does not need to. It operates as a separate oversight layer and monitors deals independently. This means it works regardless of which CRM or system your office uses.

SAM tracks each property from available, through sale agreed, to sold or fallen through — the agent updates this by email at each stage. If a deal falls through, personal data tied to it is cleared immediately and the property is ready to go back to available for a fresh sale agreed. If a deal completes, data is retained for 90 days before deletion, in line with our data retention policy.

Setup is handled by Eoghan directly. A dedicated system email is created for your office and SAM is configured around your details. To get started, you provide one or two live sale agreed deals which are onboarded first so you can see the system working in a real context. If you proceed to full rollout, a CSV of all your current properties is all that is needed. From there, whenever a property changes to sale agreed, a simple update email to the system inbox is all it takes, SAM handles everything else automatically.

The Pilot runs SAM on one to two of your live sale agreed deals over 60 days. This lets you see exactly how the system works before committing to a full office rollout. Everything is set up for you, there is nothing technical required on your end. The Pilot costs €750 and covers the full 60 days with no monthly fee. If you proceed to a full rollout, the €750 is 100% credited toward the €3,000 setup cost, leaving €2,250 remaining on setup plus €300 per month.
