1. Service Description

Ansufy provides automated workflow monitoring and communication support for residential real estate transactions.

The system operates in the background and supports transaction progression monitoring. It does not replace professional judgment or direct client communication.

2. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Ansufy uses AI to generate personalised timeline communications and to process incoming email replies to determine transaction status updates. No personal data is used to train AI models.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Ansufy does not guarantee prevention of transaction delays or fall-throughs.

The system provides monitoring, notification, and communication support only. Users remain responsible for managing and overseeing their transactions.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Ensure that all transaction data entered is accurate
• Review and oversee communications sent through the system
• Comply with all applicable legal and regulatory obligations

Users remain responsible for all professional decisions.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for Ansufy services are outlined in individual service agreements.

Failure to pay agreed fees may result in suspension or termination of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ansufy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Ansufy's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the preceding 12 months.

7. Data Processing

All data processed through Ansufy is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

Upon termination, access to the system may be revoked.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
